Sandpoint goes retro with the 25th annual Lost in the '50s weekend, including a vintage car parade, concerts, a street dance, car rally and fun run.
THURSDAY, MAY 13
ROCK N’ ROLL HEAVEN VI ... 7:00 PM
The Panida Theater hosts the Rock 'n' Roll Heaven VI at 7 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.), kicking off the 25th annual Lost in the '50s weekend festivities. This is the fifth annual show, and it sells out every year (there are only 550 seats in the theater!). This show will take you back to the worship days of the King of Rock 'n' Roll - it's an explosive night of energy that will last for days! FRIDAY, MAY 14
"VINTAGE" CAR PARADE ... 6:00 PM
As part of the 25th annual Lost in the '50s weekend, head out to the downtown streets of Sandpoint for the Vintage Car Parade at 6 p.m. All vintage and classic cars are welcome - meet at the Sandpoint High School parking lot at 5 p.m. A street dance follows the parade, and is co-sponsored by 106.7 The Point. The dance takes place downtown between Second Avenue and Third on Main Street (by the Jeff Jones Square) - this event will take you back to the days when vinyl was the disc jockey's best friend and music rocked your soul! Local favorite D.J. "Bashful Dan" will be doin' the spinnin' for the night! 208-265-LOST(5678)
SHOW & DANCE ... 7:30 PM
Bonner County Fairgrounds hosts the 25th annual Lost in the '50s Show and Dance at 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.). Bowzer (of Sha-Na-Na fame) is the Master of Ceremonies for the evening, and the show features Herman's Hermits starrring Peter Noone, plus our very own "rock 'til you drop" band Rocky and the Rollers. There will be special door prizes plus inductees in the Lost in the '50s Hall of Fame. Tickets are $30 each, available at Second Avenue Pizza, 215 S. SATURDAY, MAY 15
CAR SHOW ... 9:30-3:30 PM
The 25th annual Lost in the '50s Car Show takes place on the streets of downtown Sandpoint from 9:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Downtown will be bursting with hot rods and classics on First and Cedar, Main, plus Second and Third avenues. An awards ceremony follows at the corner of First and Cedar in front of Cedar Street Bridge. 208-265-LOST(5678)
DANCE & SHOW - 7:30 PM

SUNDAY, MAY 16
ASPIRIN RALLY RUN
Join in the crazy fun during the Lost in the '50s Aspirin Rally 5K Run at 10 a.m., followed by a car rally at 11:20 a.m., at Second Avenue Pizza. The run is co-sponsored by the Cardio Junkies, a Sandpoint running club. Registration fee is $18 and includes both events - plus it comes with an Aspirin Run T-shirt.
