About The Great Sandpoint Flat Water RegattaThe Great Sandpoint Flatwater Regatta is a fundraiser for The Rotary Club of Sandpoint to help provide scholarships for local high school students. Happening July 11, 2015, the race may be viewed from the Sand Creek Bridge, the Cedar Street Bridge and along the east and west sides of Sand Creek. All participants receive The Great Sandpoint Flat Water Regatta T-shirt. Additional prizes will be awarded to the first two finishers of each race. The paddle board race is cosponsored by Outdoor Experience, your complete outdoor store on First Avenue in downtown Sandpoint. About Rotary Club of Sandpoint Located on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille and the base of Schweitzer Mountain, Sandpoint is a great place to live and work.
