| Retired in God’s country,
Shirley depicts the beauty close to home through luminous transparent
oils. Her favorite subjects are the region’s abundance of farms,
barns, and granaries. Her realism captures the essence of what made
Idaho great. Her work is in private collections throughout the United
States, including the Capitol Building. She was the first Woman Idaho
Veteran Commander for Disabled American Veterans. Another of Shirley’s
many talents is the fine art of Quilting, winning her many awards. Her
Studio is in the Naples Gallery, please come see Shirley at work. |
